About ACT

The ACT works to raise funds for ARTS, a 501(c)3 organization.

ARTS provides  Fine Art Assemblies and Art After School programs reaching over 5000 children every year.

This summer (2016), ARTS offered six weeks of Summer Art Camp and has expanded camp locations from one to four area small towns. These include Weimar, Schulenburg, Fayetteville, and Round Top.

Programs funded in part by the ACT:

    Free Art After School programs for children in 7 school districts at 9 locations in Fayette and
    surrounding counties.

    Free Fine Art Assemblies including Houston Opera To Go, Brian Ashley Jones,
    Darden Smith’s Be an Artist program, Puppets Pizzazz, Austin Ballet and more.

For over 30 years, H-E-B’s Tournament of Champions Charitable Trust has contributed to worthy causes throughout Texas, and we continue to support our community as strongly as ever. 

H-E-B’s Tournament of Champions Charitable Trust is a special fund that receives its money from an annual golf tournament sponsored by 
H-E-B’s vendor community. This golf tournament provides the funds for charitable projects and programs that have a positive impact on our communities within the areas of youth, children, education and health.
